Welcome to Ride All (Private) Limited (“RideAll”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the RideAll Driver and Passenger mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
RideAll is a technology platform that connects independent Drivers (providing transportation and delivery services) with Passengers (seeking rides or goods transport). RideAll is not a transportation carrier and does not employ drivers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account as a Driver or Passenger.
Drivers must provide valid, accurate, and up-to-date documentation, including a valid CNIC, Driving License, and Vehicle Registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Passenger Payments to Drivers (Direct Settlement):
RideAll acts only as a technology platform that connects Drivers and Passengers for real-world transport and delivery services.
RideAll does not process or collect ride fares directly. Passengers pay Drivers directly at the end of the trip via cash or mutually agreed local payment methods (such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa).
RideAll is not a party to these transactions but may assist in resolving disputes and monitoring misuse to ensure platform fairness and safety.
Driver Wallet & Top-Ups:
To accept ride requests, Drivers must maintain a positive balance in their RideAll In-App Wallet.
Drivers can top up their RideAll Wallet using supported Pakistani payment gateways, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Direct Bank Transfers, OTP-based payments, and other integrated local methods.
Wallet balances are primarily used for platform commission deductions and are generally not withdrawable as cash. However, remaining balances may be refunded upon account deletion or in special cases subject to verification and approval by RideAll support.
Commission & Fees:
Free Rides: New drivers or drivers under specific promotional schemes may receive their first three (3) rides commission-free.
Platform Fee: After the free rides are exhausted, RideAll charges a standard platform commission of 8% per completed ride. This 8% is automatically deducted from the Driver’s RideAll Wallet.
To maintain a reliable platform for passengers, strict cancellation rules apply to Drivers:
If a Driver accepts a ride request but subsequently cancels it, a penalty of 40% of the expected platform commission will be deducted from their Wallet.
The remaining 60% of the expected platform fee will be refunded/retained in the Driver’s Wallet.
Frequent unjustified cancellations may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of the Driver’s account.
Whether using RideAll for personal transport or goods delivery, Users and Drivers agree NOT to transport:
Illegal drugs, narcotics, or alcohol.
Firearms, weapons, or hazardous/explosive materials.
Stolen goods or any items prohibited by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any behavior involving physical violence, harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in immediate permanent account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement.
Anti-Fraud & Collusion: Users are strictly prohibited from conspiring to bypass the Platform’s commission. If a Driver and Passenger agree to cancel a ride on the app but complete it offline to avoid the 8% platform fee, both accounts will be permanently banned.
Zero Tolerance & Non-Discrimination: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination. Users must not refuse service or behave disrespectfully based on race, religion, gender, or national origin.
Users have the right to delete their accounts and personal data at any time.
In-App Deletion: You can delete your account instantly by navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the RideAll app.
Website Request:
If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a data deletion request via our website.
For security and verification purposes, we may require identity confirmation (such as matching your CNIC and registered phone number) before processing your request.
Web-based account deletion requests are processed after successful verification and may take up to 30 business days depending on verification and legal or compliance requirements.
The RideAll Platform is provided “as is” and acts purely as a technology platform connecting independent drivers and passengers. While we do not provide transportation services directly, we take reasonable measures to promote safety, reliability, and security on the platform. However, drivers are independent service providers and are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles and compliance with local traffic laws.
Taxes and Insurance: Drivers are independent contractors. It is the Driver’s sole responsibility to maintain valid vehicle insurance, pay any applicable income taxes, and secure necessary regulatory permits required by the Government of Pakistan.
Lost Items: RideAll is not responsible for any personal items left in a vehicle during or after a trip. While we may try to assist in locating lost items on a best-effort basis, the safety of personal belongings rests entirely with the Passenger.
Damage and Cleaning: Passengers are expected to treat the Driver’s vehicle with respect. If a Passenger causes physical damage or leaves the vehicle in a condition that requires extensive cleaning, the Passenger will be held solely responsible for the repair or cleaning costs negotiated directly with the Driver.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Punjab.
