Services Offered

  • Ride-Hailing: Bike, car, rickshaw, and premium vehicles.
  • Courier Delivery: Parcels up to 30kg.
  • Goods Transport: Items over 30kg via trucks, pickups, and commercial vehicles.

 Fare Model

  • A recommended fare is automatically calculated by the system.
  • Passengers may only increase the fare — they cannot reduce it.
  • Drivers may request up to 10% extra for rides and couriers.
  • Drivers may request up to 15% extra for goods transport.
  • The final fare is mutually agreed within these limits to ensure fairness and transparency.

 User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
  • Ensure timely payment for services.
  • Treat drivers with respect and courtesy.

Driver Responsibilities

  • Maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness.
  • Arrive on time for pickups.
  • Handle goods and passengers safely and professionally.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings may be cancelled before the driver arrives.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on service type and timing.

Limitation of Liability

  • Ride All (Private) Limited is committed to user safety and support.
  • In case of accident, damage, or emergency during a ride or delivery, users are advised to immediately tap the Safety button in the app and call 15 (Police Helpline).
  • Our support team is also available to assist during operational hours.
  • While we strive to ensure safe and reliable service, Ride All (Private) Limited is not liable for:
  • Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events
  • Damages or losses caused by third-party drivers
  • Minor damages or service disruptions
  • We encourage users to report any issues promptly so that we can take appropriate action and maintain service quality.
