The final fare is mutually agreed within these limits to ensure fairness and transparency.

In case of accident, damage, or emergency during a ride or delivery, users are advised to immediately tap the Safety button in the app and call 15 (Police Helpline).

Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events
Damages or losses caused by third-party drivers
