Data Deletion Policy

User can delete their account and all associated data instantly from within the Ride All App.

When a user taps the “Delete  Account” button in the app, the following information is permanently deleted from our systems within minutes:

• Profile details ( name, phone number).
• Ride history and courier records.
• Payment details and wallet balance (if any).
• WhatsApp / OTP verification logs.
• Once deleted, this  data cannot be recovered.

If a user  faces any issue with in-app  deletion, they can also request deletion by contracting us at:  support@rideallpk.com

We process all such request within 24 hours of receiving them.
