‎Data Deletion Policy:

‎Submit your request to permanently delete your RideAll account. Please carefully read the following before submitting your request:

‎Security Verification: For security purposes, we may verify your identity before processing deletion requests.
‎Immediate Deactivation: Once you submit the request, your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be logged out. Final data deletion will be processed according to our Privacy Policy, including applicable data retention periods. Some data may be retained temporarily for fraud prevention, legal, and financial compliance purposes. Before we process the deletion, our Support Team may contact you to verify your identity and to confirm that you are requesting account deletion. If you confirm the deletion request and deletion is completed after verification, the wallet balance and ride history will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.

‎Wallet Refund (if requested): If you want your remaining wallet balance to be refunded, you must contact Support and complete verification before final account deletion. Otherwise, your wallet balance will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

Data Retention: Passenger profiles are deleted immediately. However, if you are a registered Driver, certain information (such as CNIC verification logs, images, and ride history) may be securely retained for up to 90 days strictly for fraud prevention, resolving payment disputes, and legal compliance. After 90 days, all remaining data is permanently and irreversibly erased.

‎🔴 Warning: By submitting this request, you acknowledge that your account will be deactivated and data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, including applicable retention and deletion processes. Any remaining non-refunded wallet balance will be permanently lost.
