  • Overview

    Ride All Private Limited operates a ride-hailing platform where passengers pay drivers directly in cash for completed rides.
    The company earns revenue by charging a platform service fee (14%) from drivers, which is collected digitally through the application using a payment gateway.

  • Passenger Payments (Cash Transactions)

    Passengers pay the full ride fare in cash directly to the driver.
    Ride All Private Limited does not collect passenger payments and therefore does not process cash refunds to passengers.
    Any fare-related dispute between a passenger and a driver must be resolved directly between them.

  • Driver Payments (Platform Service Fee)

    Drivers are required to pay a 14% platform service fee to Ride All Private Limited after ride completion.
    This service fee is paid digitally via the integrated payment gateway available in the application.

  • Refund Eligibility (Driver Service Fee Only)

    Refunds apply only to the platform service fee paid by drivers and may be issued in the following cases:
    Ride cancellation due to system or technical error
    Duplicate or incorrect service fee charge
    Failed or partial payment processing
    Any verified billing discrepancy

  • Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
    Successfully completed rides with correct service fee calculation
    Cash payments made directly between passenger and driver
    User errors caused by incorrect information or misuse of the application
    Disputes between passenger and driver unrelated to the platform service fee
    Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used by the driver.
    Refunds are completed within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.
  • Fraud Prevention & Transparency

    Ride All Private Limited maintains strict monitoring to prevent misuse, refund bypass, or fraudulent activities.
    Refund requests are reviewed and approved only after proper verification to ensure platform integrity and user trust.
