Welcome to Ride All (Private) Limited (“RideAll”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is extremely important to us, and we are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our RideAll app (the “App”)for passenger rides and goods transport services.


‎1. Information We Collect

‎We operate a single-account system where one registered phone number can be used for both Passenger and Driver modes.

 

A. Personal Information (For All Users):

       Full Name
‎‎      ‎Contact details (Registered Phone Number via OTP)

B. Verification Data (For Drivers Only):

‎To ensure passenger safety, users switching to “Driver Mode” must provide the following information. This sensitive information is collected strictly for identity verification, safety, and regulatory compliance purposes:

     ‎- Profile Picture (Selfie)
‎     ‎- Identification documents (CNIC Front & Back, Selfie with CNIC)
‎     ‎- Driving License & Vehicle Registration Images

‎We do not use facial recognition, biometric identification, or any automated identity verification systems. All verification is conducted manually or through secure internal processes.

 ‎C. Location Data & Google Maps:

‎Passengers: GPS location is collected only when the app is actively in use for ride matching.

Drivers (Foreground Location Tracking): ‎When a driver sets their status to “Online”, the app collects location data using a foreground service to enable real-time request matching. A persistent notification is always displayed while location tracking is active.
‎Location tracking runs only while the driver is online and actively using the app. It stops immediately when the driver goes offline or closes the app.‎
We do not collect or track location data in the background when the app is not in use.

‎Usage Limit:

‎We collect location data only when explicitly required for active service functionality. This data is strictly not used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.

‎‎Google Maps:

‎This app uses Google Maps services and APIs. Google Maps services are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the app, you also agree to Google’s applicable terms.

‎D. Device Information (For Push Notifications):
‎‎
‎We only generate a secure Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token specific to your device to send real-time push notifications. We do not track your background app activity logs.

‎2. How We Use & Share Your Information

‎‎We only share specific contact details (e.g., Name, Phone Number) between the matched Driver and Passenger/Sender. This information is shared securely only after a ride is accepted and strictly for the purpose of facilitating the service.
‎We do not sell or rent user personal data to any third parties.

‎‎Third-Party Services: We may use trusted third-party service providers for essential app functionalities, such as push notification delivery, secure cloud hosting, and data storage. These service providers process data strictly on our behalf and are bound by stringent data protection and confidentiality agreements.

‎We use third-party payment services to process wallet top-ups. Payment transactions are handled securely through their platform. We do not store your bank card details.

‎We do not use user data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

‎3. Data Security

‎‎We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. All sensitive identity data—including CNIC, Driving License, Vehicle Registration, and Selfies—is securely encrypted in transit (using HTTPS) and stored on protected cloud servers with strict access controls. Only authorized personnel can access this highly sensitive verification data, ensuring it is strictly protected from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

‎To ensure continuous and reliable location tracking during active rides, the app uses device wake lock functionality only while a driver is online and actively receiving ride requests to ensure uninterrupted service. This is automatically disabled when the driver goes offline.

‎‎Camera access is used only when the user explicitly initiates image capture for verification purposes, such as profile photos, CNIC, and vehicle-related documents. No images are captured without user action. The camera is not used in the background.‎

‎‎‎4. User Rights, Data Retention, and Account Deletion

‎‎
‎Users can delete their account directly from the app’s “Settings” section using the “Delete Account” option, or request deletion via our website.

‎Passenger Data: Erased immediately upon account deletion request.

Driver Data & Fraud Prevention: Upon submitting a deletion request, your account is deactivated immediately, and you will no longer be able to log in. Some data may be deleted immediately, while certain verification documents (including images/selfies), transaction logs, and ride history may be securely retained for up to 90 days strictly for fraud prevention, resolving payment disputes, and legal compliance. After this period, all remaining data is permanently and irreversibly erased from our secure cloud storage.

‎Certain data required for legal, fraud prevention, and financial compliance may be retained temporarily (up to 90 days), after which it is permanently deleted.
‎‎Users will be notified once their account deletion request has been successfully processed.

‎‎5. Children’s Privacy

‎‎Our App is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

‎‎6. Changes to This Policy

‎‎We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or website.‎‎
